Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Citrus Oak Hospitality's website and the purchase or use of Citrus Oak Hospitality's mobile bartending and event beverage services.

By submitting a booking request, making a payment, or engaging Citrus Oak Hospitality for services, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.

1. Our Service

​

Citrus Oak Hospitality provides professional mobile bartending and event beverage services for private, social, corporate, and other approved events.

Our services may include professional bartending, bar setup and breakdown, bar tools and equipment, ice, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, service supplies, and cleanup of the bar service area, depending on the package selected.

Specific services and inclusions are determined by the package and additional services selected for the event.

2. Dry-Hire Service

 

Citrus Oak Hospitality operates as a dry-hire bartending service.

The client is responsible for providing the alcoholic beverages for the event. Citrus Oak Hospitality does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages as part of its standard dry-hire service.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that alcohol provided for their event is obtained and used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Citrus Oak Hospitality reserves the right to refuse service involving alcohol that appears unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate for the event.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event, including:

  • Event date and location

  • Estimated guest count

  • Event type

  • Selected package

  • Requested cocktails or beverage selections

  • Any relevant venue restrictions or requirements

  • Any other information reasonably necessary to plan and provide the service

 

The client is responsible for communicating applicable venue rules, access requirements, parking limitations, loading instructions, or other restrictions that may affect service.

 

4. Event Location & Setup

The client is responsible for ensuring that Citrus Oak Hospitality has reasonable access to the event location for setup, service, and breakdown.

The client or venue must provide a reasonably safe and suitable area for the bar service.

Citrus Oak Hospitality may decline to set up or operate in an area that presents an unreasonable safety risk to staff, guests, equipment, or property.

 

5. Guest Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

 

Citrus Oak Hospitality is committed to providing professional and respectful service.

Our bartenders may refuse to serve an individual when circumstances indicate that continued service would be unsafe, inappropriate, or contrary to applicable laws or responsible service practices.

Citrus Oak Hospitality may suspend or terminate service if a client or guest engages in threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, or otherwise unsafe behavior toward our staff.

If service must be discontinued because of unsafe or inappropriate conduct, amounts already paid may not be refundable.

 

6. Staffing & Service Adjustments

 

Citrus Oak Hospitality determines appropriate staffing based on guest count, event format, selected services, venue conditions, and anticipated service needs.

Additional bartenders or service time may be requested or recommended when appropriate and may result in additional charges.

Any additional services or charges will be communicated to the client whenever reasonably possible.

 

7. Cocktails & Beverage Selections

 

Cocktail selections are subject to the package and services selected by the client.

Citrus Oak Hospitality may make reasonable adjustments to cocktail preparation when necessary because of ingredient availability, seasonal considerations, venue limitations, or other circumstances affecting service.

For custom cocktail development, Citrus Oak Hospitality will work with the client to create cocktails appropriate for the event.

 

8. Equipment, Supplies & Property

 

Citrus Oak Hospitality provides the equipment and service supplies included with the client's selected package.

Clients and guests are responsible for reasonable care of Citrus Oak Hospitality property while it is being used at the event.

The client may be responsible for damage or loss caused by the client or guests beyond ordinary wear and reasonable use.

 

9. Additional Services & Charges

 

Additional services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Additional bartenders

  • Additional service time

  • Premium cocktail experiences

  • Specialty displays or enhancements

  • Other services requested by the client

 

Additional charges will be communicated to the client whenever reasonably possible and will be charged according to the payment terms applicable to the event.

 

10. Payments

 

A 30% deposit is required to secure an event date.

The remaining balance is automatically charged to the credit card on file the day before the event.

Additional charges resulting from services approved or incurred during the event are charged to the card on file the following day.

Payment terms, cancellation rules, and rescheduling provisions are further described in the separate Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.

 

11. Weather & Unforeseen Conditions

 

Citrus Oak Hospitality may require the bar service to be relocated to a safe, suitable, and covered area when weather or other environmental conditions make the original service location unsafe or impractical.

If severe weather or other circumstances make service unsafe or impractical, Citrus Oak Hospitality will work with the client regarding available alternatives or rescheduling in accordance with the applicable Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.

 

12. Event Photography & Marketing

​

Citrus Oak Hospitality may photograph or record portions of an event, including the bar setup, cocktails, service, event atmosphere, and guests, for promotional, advertising, social media, website, portfolio, and other marketing purposes.

By booking or engaging Citrus Oak Hospitality for services, the client acknowledges and agrees that photographs or recordings may be taken during the event and may include the client and event guests.

Photographs and recordings created by or on behalf of Citrus Oak Hospitality are the property of Citrus Oak Hospitality, subject to applicable law, and may be selected, edited, reproduced, published, displayed, and shared by Citrus Oak Hospitality at its discretion for business and marketing purposes.

Citrus Oak Hospitality will use reasonable discretion when selecting and sharing event photographs and recordings and will not knowingly use such content in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, or unrelated to the company's business and marketing activities.

The client is responsible for informing guests of the event that photography or recording may occur and that images may be used for Citrus Oak Hospitality's marketing purposes.

13. Third-Party Venues

Citrus Oak Hospitality is not responsible for restrictions, delays, closures, access

issues, or policies imposed by a third-party venue.

The client is responsible for communicating applicable venue requirements to Citrus Oak Hospitality before the event.

 

14. Changes to Services

 

Citrus Oak Hospitality reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to service details when necessary to accommodate venue requirements, safety considerations, ingredient availability, staffing needs, or other circumstances affecting the event.

Any material change affecting the client's selected services will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.

 

15. Website Information

​

Citrus Oak Hospitality makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

Package descriptions, pricing, availability, photographs, cocktail selections, and service offerings may change from time to time.

A confirmed booking is governed by the services and pricing agreed upon at the time the booking is accepted.

 

16. Agreement to Terms

 

By submitting a booking request, making a payment, or engaging Citrus Oak Hospitality for services, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies governing their event.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Citrus Oak Hospitality Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.

17. Updates to These Terms

​

Citrus Oak Hospitality may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

For confirmed bookings, the version of the applicable terms and policies in effectwhen the booking is accepted will govern the event, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
